Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. mu888 reserves the right to request identity verification, including official identification documents, at any time.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify mu888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. mu888 will not be liable for any loss arising from the disclosure of your login credentials to a third party.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the mu888 platform for fraud, money laundering, distribution of malware, or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised automated methods is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the mu888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (online banking) and platform-approved e-wallets. mu888 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any payment method without prior notice.
Deposit Process
All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed. Users are responsible for ensuring the correct amount is entered before confirming any transaction. Overpayments resulting from user error will be handled in accordance with our standard withdrawal policy.
Withdrawals & Identity Verification
Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a bank account registered under the same user's name. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory identity verification. mu888 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending the completion of verification for security and fraud prevention purposes. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method.
4. Account Policies, Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Mu888 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, or at the request of a competent authority. Where an account is closed due to a breach, the account balance may be forfeited or withheld pending investigation. Users may voluntarily close their account by contacting mu888 customer support.
Limitation of Liability
Mu888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential losses or loss of profits arising from use of the platform, service interruptions, technical errors, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and mu888 makes no guarantee of winnings.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mu888 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of mu888 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
